Day 1 starts NOW! I'm back!!


I'm so completely thrilled to be starting green smoothies again, I can't even say! There's no better time than NOW and even though this morning I had a big bowl of oatmeal and 9 Reese's peanut butter cups, as of 12 noon today I am only consuming green smoothies. I don't know exactly how long, but I do know that I want to KICK BUTT and finish out the rest of the month for sure. That's exactly 21 days from now until January 31st.

ONLY disclaimer is that if I go on a date with DH, I will eat normal food. But that's it, and I don't even know if I will be going on a date or not, it's possible that I won't. We'll see.

My goals:

Stop bleeding completely (currently 6 weeks postpartum)

See if my carpal tunnel in my wrists from b/feeding subsides?

Lose weight: main goal. I want to see 135 on the scale (currently 150).

More energy!

Run at least 3x per week. Working up to 15 miles per week. This will be a challenge because of the darkness, cold, and Charlie (baby). But I'll make it work, and definitely make it a priority to run on weekends when it's light out and babysitters are available.
